Model Selection Guidance

1)  In this website, you may find both of UAV platform and UAV Systems. UAV platform can do nothing except flying. While UAV system can carry out various tasks, such as surveillance, patrolling, transportation, communication relay, rescue search, reconnaissance, locking and tracking target in movement, etc.

2)  The UAV platform includes airframe, power subsystem, autopilot, steering engine, and landing gear. Excluding sensors (e.g. gimbals, cameras, etc.) and data-links.

3)  If you need an UAV system including sensors, data-link and ground control stations (GCS), please see UAV systems such as CL-4S (for surveillance), CL-4T (for transportation), CL-850S (for surveillance), etc. If these readymade models cannot satisfy your requirements, please contact the Global sales department of BeST (stands for: Beijing Sagetown Technology Co., Ltd.) for customization service or detailed information.

4)  BeST can provide you with solutions (or proposals), such as Transportation system, UAV surveillance system for 1,000Km+ range, Forest anti-fire system, Emergency communication system (for live video and data transmission across hundreds of kilometers ).

5)  If no runway available in your project, it is recommended to choose VTOL (Vertically Taking-Off and Landing) fixed wing UAV: CL-850, CL-880 or CL-8 and CL-11, etc.

6)  Feature: If you are going to fly UAV on the plateau (more than 3000 meters above mean sea level), please select plateau feature for your UAV.

7)  If maximum range is more than 500 kilometers, please select model CL-4 or CL-850. CL-460 or CL-880.

8)  If Electricity powered drones required, please select model CL-8 or CL-812.

9)  Autopilot has been equipped with all models. So, normal features of autopilot will be default, such as autonomous flight following preloaded multiple waypoints (GPS points), etc. Special features like locking and tracking moving object on the ground, automatically taking-off and automatic return home and landing in emergency, etc, are also available. 10)Models adaptive to different environment are available. Models flying on the sea, or flying in low temperature -30°, or in the rain, are available. You are advised to contact BeST.

11)Products are in Industrial category or Military cat.

12)Some models of fixed-wing are available with parachutes optionally.

13)Feature: All models can be used offshore or inshore. If the UAV is used on ocean for a long time, please select “Sea” feature;.
